Red Creek Off-Road
Red Creek Off-Road in Perkinston — 45 minutes south of Hattiesburg — features some of the best off-roading terrain in the whole state of Mississippi. You have access to every type of off-road experience and lodging, if you plan to make a weekend out of it. They provide a scrumptious, cost-efficient Snack Shack to boot.
Perkinston is also home to Muddy Joe’s, another off-roading park that includes about 600 acres of trails and 300 acres of campgrounds. Pop by any weekend or plan to join them for one of their gatherings throughout the year. Note: No SUVs allowed!
Mississippi’s most exclusive off-road course is Barnyard Mudboggers. Its 715 acres of gritty, rough paths opens to the public on a select few weekends each year by appointment only.
